Skills
Projects
GeoGenie — QGIS plugin
QGIS plugin that turns plain-English prompts into geospatial operations (buffer, clip, reproject, spatial joins). Integrates multiple LLM providers plus ONNX road detection from satellite imagery.
Phoenix Urban Heat Analysis
Mapped a Heat Vulnerability Index across 387 census tracts, combining Landsat 8 land surface temperature, Sentinel-2 NDVI, and US Census demographics.
Field Boundary Detection — FTW
Delineated agricultural field boundaries in South Tyrol using the Fields of the World model (U-Net + EfficientNet-B3) on Sentinel-2 bi-temporal composites.
Blatten Glacier Damage Detection
Detected buildings damaged by the 2025 Blatten glacier collapse from pre/post-event high-resolution imagery using texture filters, OTB segmentation, and an SVM classifier.
SportSpotter (Backend)
Containerised APIs and a PostgreSQL database with Docker for a local sports-facility finder app in Münster.
Solar Potential Region Mapping
Interactive Flask web app to explore rooftop solar potential by region in Münster.
